2-bedroom villa

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a place to eat, a terrace, and a living room. The private pool is 1.5 metres deep. Hin Kong stays quiet around the villa. It sleeps 4 adults. An extra bed is there if you ask.

Nightly rates

Low: 7,000 THB
Standard: 10,000 THB
Peak: 15,000 THB

Thai baht per night, for 2026–2027. Low season is May, June, October, and November. High season is July, August, September, and from Christmas to the middle of March. The standard rate covers the months in between.

The 2-bedroom sleeps 4 adults. The 3-bedroom sleeps 6 adults. Check-in is 15:00. Check-out is 10:00. Each villa has private Wi-Fi. A stay is normally 3 nights, and that can flex. An extra bed is 1,500 baht a day. A baby cot is 500 baht a day. The 50% deposit is not refunded. The dates can be kept and moved.

Children of all ages are welcome. From the age of 9, a child counts as an adult.
A crib, for a child up to 3 years, is 500 baht a night. An extra bed is 1,500 baht a night. Ask first. Both depend on what is free.
Wi-Fi is free in the villa.
Pets can stay if you ask first. A fee may apply.
Parking on the property is free. You do not reserve it.
Parties are not allowed. That includes bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Quiet hours are 21:00 to 07:00. Tell us what time you will arrive.
A damage deposit of 10,000 baht is paid in cash when you arrive. It comes back in cash at check-out, after we look through the villa. The stay itself is paid by bank transfer, not in cash.
