Where are Osho Villas?

1/21–30 Moo 5, Hin Kong, Koh Phangan, Surat Thani 84280, Thailand. The two villas are one property.

How many adults can stay?

The 2-bedroom villa sleeps 4 adults. The 3-bedroom villa sleeps 6 adults. Each villa has its own outdoor saltwater pool and private Wi-Fi.

What is the nightly rate for 2026 and 2027?

Rates are in Thai baht. The 2-bedroom is 7,000 in low season, 10,000 at the standard rate, and 15,000 in high season. The 3-bedroom is 8,000, 12,000, and 18,000. An extra bed is 1,500 baht a day. A baby cot is 500 baht a day.

Which months are low season and high season?

Low season is May, June, October, and November. High season is July, August, September, and from Christmas to the middle of March. The standard rate covers the months in between.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 15:00. Check-out is 10:00. A stay is normally 3 nights, and that can flex.

How do I reserve a villa?

Send an inquiry by email or WhatsApp. The owner sends the bank account, and a 50% transfer confirms the dates. The deposit is not refunded. The dates can be kept and moved. The website does not charge a card.

How do I get to Hin Kong?

Fly to Koh Samui, take a boat to Thong Sala, Baan Tai, or Haad Rin, then drive to the property. The villas do not run the transfer.

Is Hin Kong the Full Moon Party side?

Hin Kong is the garden side of Koh Phangan. Haad Rin is a longer ride, if you want one night of it.

How big are the villas?

The 2-bedroom villa is 1,722 ft² (160 m²). The 3-bedroom villa is 2,260 ft² (210 m²).

Are children welcome?

Children of all ages are welcome. From the age of 9, a child counts as an adult. A crib, for a child up to 3 years, is 500 baht a night. Ask first. It depends on what is free.

Is Wi-Fi free, and can I bring a pet?

Wi-Fi is free in the villa. Pets can stay if you ask first. A fee may apply.

Is there parking?

Parking on the property is free. You do not reserve it.

Are parties allowed?

Parties are not allowed. That includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. Quiet hours are 21:00 to 07:00. Tell us what time you will arrive.

Is there a damage deposit?

A damage deposit of 10,000 baht is paid in cash when you arrive. It comes back in cash at check-out, after we look through the villa. The stay itself is paid by bank transfer, not in cash.
